Thymoglobuline Side Effects Report #5145401-1
Thymoglobuline side effect was reported by a Physician from FRANCE on Oct 12, 2006. Female patient, 61 years of age, weighting 88.18 lb, was diagnosed with renal transplant, immunosuppression and was treated with Thymoglobuline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, dehydration, depression What is  depression, fall What is  fall, pelvic fracture, renal failure, sepsis What is  sepsis, vomiting. Thymoglobuline dosage: 2.5 MG/KG QD IV. During the same period patient was treated with CELLCEPT, CYCLOSPORINE, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, PREDNISONE, POLARAMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/12/2005.

Male patient, 53 years of age, was diagnosed with renal transplant and was treated with Thymoglobuline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, kidney transplant rejection, peritoneal dialysis, sepsis What is  sepsis, serum sickness, urinary tract infection What is  urinary tract infection. Thymoglobuline dosage: 1.5 MG/KG, QD, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with GLUCOCORTICOSTEROIDS. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/20/2009.
