After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: complications of transplanted kidney, thrombotic microangiopathy. Thymoglobuline dosage: 75 MG, QD,. During the same period patient was treated with METHYLPREDNISOLONE, MYCOPHENOLATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 40 years of age, weighting 280.0 lb, was diagnosed with renal transplant and was treated with Thymoglobuline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, complications of transplanted kidney, cytokine release syndrome, hypersensitivity, hypotension, pyrexia, renal tubular necrosis, supraventricular tachycardia. Thymoglobuline dosage: 1.5 MG/KG ONCE IV. During the same period patient was treated with CELL CEPT, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, FUROSEMIDE, CHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
