Thymoglobuline Side Effects Report #5118483-0
Thymoglobuline side effect was reported by a Physician from CANADA on Sept 15, 2006. Female patient, 50 years of age, weighting 95.90 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis against transplant rejection and was treated with Thymoglobuline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood creatinine increased, blood pressure decreased, gastrointestinal inflammation, ileus, klebsiella bacteraemia, staphylococcal bacteraemia. Thymoglobuline dosage: 21.75 MG ONCE IV. During the same period patient was treated with GRAVOL, BENADRYL, ATIVAN, MAXERAN, ACETAMINOPHEN, METHYLPREDNISOLONE, ALLOPURINOL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood bilirubin increased, hepatic enzyme increased. Thymoglobuline dosage: 150 MG, QD, INTRAVENOUS. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOSPORINE. Patient recovered.
