Thiotepa Side Effects Report #5341812-X
Thiotepa side effect was reported by a Health Professional from UNITED STATES on May 29, 2007. Male patient, weighting 25.79 lb, was diagnosed with medulloblastoma and was treated with Thiotepa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: venous occlusion. Thiotepa dosage: 115MG-THIO- DAILY X 3 DAYS IV. During the same period patient was treated with ETOPOSIDE, CARBOPLATIN, TYLENOL, MORHPINE, ACYCLOVIR, VANCOMYCIN, NEUPOGEN, VORICONAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Thiotepa side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Aug 09, 2005. Female patient, weighting 22.05 lb, was diagnosed with medulloblastoma and was treated with Thiotepa. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, ascites, blood bilirubin increased, lung infiltration, respiratory distress, venous occlusion. Thiotepa dosage: 10 MG/KG DAILY X 3DOSES INTRAVENOU. During the same period patient was treated with CARBOPLATIN, ETOPOSIDE, ZOSYN, AMPHOTERICIN B. Patient recovered.
