and was treated with Thioridazine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: intubation, respiratory disorder, sinusitis
, staphylococcal infection

, intracranial venous sinus thrombosis, respiratory disorder, respiratory paralysis, sepsis

. Thioridazine dosage: 100 MG, TID; ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VANCOMYCIN, DAPTOMYCIN, ACYCLOVIR, CASPOFUNGIN, FLAGYL, LEVAQUIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
