After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal tenderness, cholestasis, chromaturia, hepatomegaly, ocular icterus, vanishing bile duct syndrome. Thioridazine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENALAPRIL MALEATE, HYDROCHLOROTHIAZIDE, LEVOTHYROXINE, RISPERDAL, AMIODARONE, WARFARIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
