Thioguanine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 19, 2006. Male patient, child 6 years of age, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Thioguanine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , focal nodular hyperplasia, hepatotoxicity, obliterative bronchiolitis, weight decreased. Thioguanine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MYLERAN, IDARUBICIN, CYTARABINE, ETOPOSIDE, FLUDARABINE PHOSPHATE, METHOTREXATE, CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, HEMATOPOETIC PROGENITOR CELLS. Patient died.
