Female patient, 14 years of age, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukaemia and was treated with Thioguanine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, mucosal inflammation, pain , pancytopenia, rash erythematous, skin exfoliation. Thioguanine dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, CYTARABINE, DAPSONE, ZOFRAN, ZANTAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
