After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cholestasis, pancytopenia, portal hypertension, refusal of treatment by patient. Thioguanine dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, abdominal pain upper, blood alkaline phosphatase increased, blood bilirubin increased, cholestasis, colitis ulcerative, diarrhoea, gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, haematochezia.
