Thioguanine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on June 02, 2005. Male patient, 16 years of age, weighting 181.4 lb, was treated with Thioguanine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, blister, bursitis , chills, febrile neutropenia, hypotension, lung consolidation, mucosal inflammation, nervous system disorder. Thioguanine dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, CYTARABINE, STRATTERA, ZOFRAN, BACTRIM, VISTARIL, ZANTAC, METHOTREXATE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blister, chills, decreased activity, dermatitis, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, hypoxia, mouth ulceration, mucosal inflammation, neutropenia. Thioguanine dosage: 100MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLOPHOSPHAMIDE, CYTARABINE, DAPSONE, ZOFRAN, ZANTAC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
