Thioguanine side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 21, 2006. Female patient, weighting 25.13 lb, was diagnosed with b precursor type acute leukaemia and was treated with Thioguanine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood bilirubin increased, haemoglobin decreased, hepatomegaly, platelet count decreased, venoocclusive disease, vomiting, white blood cell count decreased. Thioguanine dosage: 560 MG. During the same period patient was treated with BACTRIM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died.
