Male patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia and was treated with Thioguanine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, asthenia, hidradenitis , malaise, pyrexia, skin lesion. Thioguanine dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Male patient, 67 years of age, weighting 158.7 lb, was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukaemia, pain  and was treated with Thioguanine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, diarrhoea, folliculitis, glossitis, leukopenia, pain in extremity, platelet count increased, pyrexia, rash papular. Thioguanine dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ALEXAN, DAUNOBLASTIN, NOVANTRONE, OXYGESIC. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
