Female patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disease and was treated with Thioguanine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, ascites, colitis ulcerative, haematemesis, hypoalbuminaemia, leukopenia, malnutrition, oedema peripheral. Thioguanine dosage: 40MG / PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with AZATHIOPRINE, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Thioguanine dosage: 40 MG PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with AZATHIOPRINE, PREDNISONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
