Male patient, child 7 years of age, weighting 64.00 lb, was diagnosed with leukaemia and was treated with Thioguanine. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, eating disorder , liver injury, osteonecrosis , renal injury. Thioguanine dosage: 60 MG DAILY PO. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
