Male patient, child 5 years of age, was diagnosed with cough, rhinorrhoea and was treated with Theophylline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain , csf lactate increased, cyanosis, feeling abnormal, grand mal convulsion, heart rate increased, hypertonia, hypoventilation, myoclonus. Theophylline dosage: 240 MG TWICE PO. During the same period patient was treated with PRANLUKAST HYDRATE, TULOBUTEROL HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
