Thalidomide dosage: 150 MG, DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with GEMCITABINE, CARBOPLATIN, MORPHINE, CODANTHRUSATE, PROCHLORPERAZINE MALEATE, ACTRAPID, ZOPICLONE, ORAMORPH. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/05/2005.
