Thalidomide side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED KINGDOM on Feb 08, 2006. Male patient, 69 years of age, was diagnosed with renal amyloidosis and was treated with Thalidomide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, blood creatinine increased, blood potassium increased, diarrhoea, disease progression, hypotension, infection What is  infection, lung infection, performance status decreased. Thalidomide dosage: 200 MG, DAILY, ORAL : 100 MG, DAILY, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with NEXIUM, LASIX, LEXOTANIL, TEMESTA, PRIMPERAN, CODEINE, PAROXETINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/16/2006.
