Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection staphylococcal and was treated with Tetracycline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: microangiopathy, pancreatitis, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura. Tetracycline dosage: 250MG PO TID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
