Tetracycline side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Jan 25, 2006. Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection staphylococcal and was treated with Tetracycline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: microangiopathy, pancreatitis, thrombotic thrombocytopenic purpura. Tetracycline dosage: 250MG PO TID. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pancreatitis. Tetracycline dosage: 500 MG QID ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
