Tetracycline side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED STATES on Feb 06, 2008. Female patient, 66 years of age, weighting 112.0 lb, was diagnosed with pneumonia What is  pneumonia, pyrexia and was treated with Tetracycline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anorexia, blister, dry skin, dysphagia, dyspnoea, heart rate increased, joint swelling, local swelling. Tetracycline dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 11/21/2007.

Tetracycline side effect was reported by a Physician from TAIWAN, PROVINCE OF CHINA on June 25, 2007. Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with anaesthesia and was treated with Tetracycline. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood pressure increased, cardio-respiratory arrest, coma, convulsion, heart rate increased, hyperthermia malignant, leukocytosis, metabolic acidosis, rhabdomyolysis. Tetracycline dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
