Testosterone side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Nov 13, 2008. Male patient, weighting 176.0 lb, was diagnosed with hypogonadism and was treated with Testosterone. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: erythema, myalgia, syncope, tenderness, vomiting. Testosterone dosage: 300 MG ONE TIME IM, 4 DOSES. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
