Testim dosage: 50 MG, DAILY, TRANSDERMAL. During the same period patient was treated with CAMPRAL, BENADRYL, GEODON, PROTONIX, TRICOR, LEXAPRO, LEVOTHYROXINE, ALTACE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
