Teriparatide side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from NETHERLANDS on Feb 22, 2006. Female patient, 70 years of age, was diagnosed with spinal fracture and was treated with Teriparatide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain upper, cholelithiasis, constipation , pancreatic disorder, weight decreased. Teriparatide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FORTEO, ACETOSAL, THYRAX, SOTALOL, FUROSEMIDE, ISOSORBIDE MONONITRATE, NEXIUM, CALCIUM WITH VITAMIN D. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

Female patient, 73 years of age, weighting 112.9 lb, was diagnosed with osteoporosis  and was treated with Teriparatide. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: femur fracture, pneumonia , tibia fracture, weight decreased. Teriparatide dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with FORTEO PEN, ZYRTEC, TRICOR, GLIPIZIDE, MOBIC, ACETAMINOPHEN, XANAX, HYDROCODONE BITARTRATE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient died on 04/04/2006.
