After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: blood creatinine increased, hyperkalaemia, nausea , renal failure acute. Terbinafine dosage: 250MG/DAY. During the same period patient was treated with TACROLIMUS, ENALAPRIL, ATORVASTATIN CALCIUM, HUMALOG, LANSOPRAZOLE. Patient recovered.
