Male patient, 71 years of age, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Tequin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypokalaemia, mental status changes, multi-organ failure, rash , renal failure acute, respiratory distress, toxic epidermal necrolysis. Tequin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ATENOLOL, ROBITUSSIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/19/2004.
