Female patient, 79 years of age, weighting 134.5 lb, was diagnosed with urinary tract infection  and was treated with Tequin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: heart rate increased, malaise, movement disorder , pain , poor quality sleep, tendon rupture, tinnitus , vulvovaginal mycotic infection. Tequin dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with MACROBID, SYNTHROID, DIOVAN, LUNESTA, AMBIEN, ULTRAM. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
