After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: acute respiratory distress syndrome, coma, deep vein thrombosis , empyema, hyperglycaemia, ketoacidosis, metabolic acidosis, renal failure acute, rhabdomyolysis. Tequin dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
