Female patient, 42 years of age, weighting 143.3 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension and was treated with Tenoretic. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac murmur, cardiac valve disease, chest pain , dyspnoea, fatigue, pain in extremity. Tenoretic dosage: unknown. Patient recovered.
