Tenofovir side effect was reported by a Physician from UNITED STATES on Aug 03, 2005. Male patient, 54 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Tenofovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diplopia, gait disturbance, gaze palsy, transient ischaemic attack. Tenofovir dosage: 300MG PO QD. During the same period patient was treated with LAMIVUDINE, RITONAVIR, ATAZANAVIR, ASPIRIN, ATENOLOL, CALCIUM CARBONATE, DYAZIDE, ENALAPRIL. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cough, dizziness , facial palsy, hemiplegia, nausea , rhinorrhoea, transient ischaemic attack, vasculitis . Tenofovir dosage: 150 MG, 2 IN 1 D). During the same period patient was treated with EFAVIRENZ. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, arterial stenosis, cerebrovascular disorder, dizziness , gamma-glutamyltransferase increased, nausea , transient ischaemic attack, vasculitis . Tenofovir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with OMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
