Tenofovir side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Jan 20, 2005. Male patient, 46 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Tenofovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: diarrhoea, diverticulitis, dizziness , dysuria, gastritis, nausea , peridiverticular abscess, pollakiuria, post procedural haematoma. Tenofovir dosage: 300 MG, 1 IN 1 D, ORAL. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
