Female patient, 23 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Tenofovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anaemia, caesarean section, treatment noncompliance. Tenofovir dosage: 300 MG, 1 IN 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VIRAMUNE, COMBIVIR, KALETRA. Patient recovered.
