Tenofovir side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from JAPAN on Oct 26, 2005. Male patient, 30 years of age, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Tenofovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abasia, abdominal distension, arthralgia, back pain , blood alkaline phosphatase increased, bone pain, condition aggravated, fanconi syndrome acquired, gastric ulcer. Tenofovir dosage: 300 MG, 1 IN 1 D, ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with VIDEX, REYATAZ, KALETRA, ZERIT, CHRISTMASSIN, NOVACT M. Patient was hospitalized and became disabled. Patient recovered.
