Female patient, weighting 6.91 lb, was diagnosed with prophylaxis against hiv infection  and was treated with Tenofovir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: alanine aminotransferase increased, anaemia macrocytic, aspartate aminotransferase increased, blood amylase increased, blood creatine phosphokinase increased, blood glucose decreased, blood potassium increased, blood uric acid increased. Tenofovir dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZIAGEN, VIRAMUNE, COMBIVIR. Patient recovered.
