Tenex side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on June 20, 2005. Female patient, child 12 years of age, was treated with Tenex. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: dizziness , fall , orthostatic hypotension, syncope. Tenex dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
