Tenecteplase side effect was reported by a Physician from NETHERLANDS on Aug 25, 2006. Male patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with cardiac arrest  and was treated with Tenecteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electromechanical dissociation, pulmonary embolism . Tenecteplase dosage: 45 MG, SINGLE, IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with ACENOCOUMAROL, SOTALOL HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient died on 12/03/2004.

Male patient, 56 years of age, was diagnosed with cardiac arrest  and was treated with Tenecteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: pulmonary embolism . Tenecteplase dosage: unknown. Patient died on 03/25/2005.
