Tenecteplase Side Effects Report #4785971-6
Tenecteplase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 30, 2005. Male patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with embolism and was treated with Tenecteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain
, aortic dissection, aortic rupture, hypotension, intermittent claudication, ischaemia, livedo reticularis, pain in extremity. Tenecteplase dosage: 0.5MG/HOUR CONTINUOUS INTRA-ARTE. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, FLOVENT, MORPHINE, ALBUTEROL, HYZAAR, AVAPRO, SPIRONOLACTONE, CALAN. Patient died on 11/17/2004.Tenecteplase Side Effects Report #5081392-X
Tenecteplase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Aug 14, 2006. Female patient, 72 years of age, was treated with Tenecteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: hypotension, lower gastrointestinal haemorrhage. Tenecteplase dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ENOXAPARIN, EPTIFIBATIDE, ASPIRIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
