Tenecteplase side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from GERMANY on Jan 09, 2006. Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with myocardial infarction and was treated with Tenecteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: angioplasty What is  angioplasty, cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, cardiogenic shock, coronary artery dissection, haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, hepatic rupture, hepatic trauma, international normalised ratio decreased. Tenecteplase dosage: 35 MG, SINGLE, IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, REOPRO, INOTROPIC AGENT. Patient died on 07/07/2004.
