Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with myocardial infarction and was treated with Tenecteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest
, cardiogenic shock, coronary artery dissection, electromechanical dissociation, haematocrit decreased, hepatic rupture, operative haemorrhage, ventricular fibrillation. Tenecteplase dosage: 35 MG, SINGLE, IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, REOPRO, INOTROPIC AGENT. Patient recovered.Tenecteplase Side Effects Report #5104137-3

and was treated with Tenecteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electromechanical dissociation, pulmonary embolism
. Tenecteplase dosage: 45 MG, SINGLE, IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with ACENOCOUMAROL, SOTALOL HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient died on 12/03/2004.
