Tenecteplase side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from AUSTRALIA on Jan 04, 2006. Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with myocardial infarction and was treated with Tenecteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest, cardiogenic shock, coronary artery dissection, electromechanical dissociation, haematocrit decreased, hepatic rupture, operative haemorrhage, ventricular fibrillation. Tenecteplase dosage: 35 MG, SINGLE, IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, REOPRO, INOTROPIC AGENT. Patient recovered.

Tenecteplase side effect was reported by a Physician from NETHERLANDS on Aug 25, 2006. Male patient, 66 years of age, was diagnosed with cardiac arrest What is  cardiac arrest and was treated with Tenecteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electromechanical dissociation, pulmonary embolism What is  pulmonary embolism. Tenecteplase dosage: 45 MG, SINGLE, IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with ACENOCOUMAROL, SOTALOL HYDROCHLORIDE. Patient died on 12/03/2004.
