Tenecteplase side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from AUSTRALIA on Jan 04, 2006. Female patient, 61 years of age, was diagnosed with myocardial infarction and was treated with Tenecteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cardiac arrest
, cardiogenic shock, coronary artery dissection, electromechanical dissociation, haematocrit decreased, hepatic rupture, operative haemorrhage, ventricular fibrillation. Tenecteplase dosage: 35 MG, SINGLE, IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, REOPRO, INOTROPIC AGENT. Patient recovered.Tenecteplase Side Effects Report #4891067-5

, cardiogenic shock, coronary artery dissection, haematocrit decreased, haemoglobin decreased, hepatic rupture, hepatic trauma, international normalised ratio decreased. Tenecteplase dosage: 35 MG, SINGLE, IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, REOPRO, INOTROPIC AGENT. Patient died on 07/07/2004.
