. Tenecteplase dosage: 40 MG BOLUS IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with EPTIFATIDE, TOPROL, ASPIRIN, CHOLESTEROL MED, AMBIEN, CHANTIX, PLAVIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/08/2008.
