Tenecteplase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on May 23, 2006. Male patient, 64 years of age, was diagnosed with myocardial infarction and was treated with Tenecteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: activated partial thromboplastin time prolonged, cerebral haemorrhage, electrocardiogram st segment elevation, loss of consciousness, pupil fixed, snoring . Tenecteplase dosage: unknown. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 04/27/2004.

Male patient, 57 years of age, weighting 183.0 lb, was diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction, chest pain , thrombosis and was treated with Tenecteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cerebral haemorrhage, cerebrovascular accident, chest pain . Tenecteplase dosage: 40 MG BOLUS IV BOLUS. During the same period patient was treated with EPTIFATIDE, TOPROL, ASPIRIN, CHOLESTEROL MED, AMBIEN, CHANTIX, PLAVIX. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 10/08/2008.
