Tenecteplase side effect was reported by a Pharmacist from UNITED STATES on Sept 30, 2005. Male patient, 83 years of age, was diagnosed with embolism and was treated with Tenecteplase. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal pain What is  abdominal pain, aortic dissection, aortic rupture, hypotension, intermittent claudication, ischaemia, livedo reticularis, pain in extremity. Tenecteplase dosage: 0.5MG/HOUR CONTINUOUS INTRA-ARTE. During the same period patient was treated with HEPARIN, FLOVENT, MORPHINE, ALBUTEROL, HYZAAR, AVAPRO, SPIRONOLACTONE, CALAN. Patient died on 11/17/2004.
