Female patient, 75 years of age, weighting 130.1 lb, was diagnosed with multiple myeloma  and was treated with Temsirolimus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amyloidosis, ascites, dyspnoea, febrile neutropenia, hypotension, oedema peripheral, troponin increased, ventricular hypertrophy. Temsirolimus dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with VELCADE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
