Female patient, weighting 104.9 lb, was diagnosed with renal cell carcinoma, hypersensitivity, pneumonia , laxative supportive care, productive cough and was treated with Temsirolimus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: condition aggravated, cough, pleural effusion. Temsirolimus dosage: unknown.
