Temsirolimus side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from CANADA on Feb 26, 2009. Male patient, 63 years of age, weighting 125.7 lb, was diagnosed with metastatic renal cell carcinoma, bone erosion and was treated with Temsirolimus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal distension, appetite disorder, asthenia, blood creatinine increased, confusional state, constipation , depression , disturbance in attention. Temsirolimus dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with ZOMETA. Patient died on 04/09/2008.

Male patient, weighting 149.9 lb, was diagnosed with metastatic renal cell carcinoma and was treated with Temsirolimus. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: asthenia, confusional state, disease progression, pneumonia . Temsirolimus dosage: 25 MG WEEKLY. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 01/16/2008.
