Female patient, 57 years of age, weighting 147.0 lb, was diagnosed with neoplasm malignant and was treated with Temodar. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: abdominal tenderness, blister, contusion, epistaxis, frequent bowel movements, gastrointestinal haemorrhage, haemoglobin decreased, liver palpable subcostal, melaena. Temodar dosage: 200 MG/M2 QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with SORAFENIB, LANSOPRAZOLE, ACETYLSALICYLIC ACID SRT, ONDANSETRON, METOCLOPRAMIDE, DIPHEHNYDRAMINE HYDROCHLORIDE), OMEPRAZOLE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.
