Male patient was diagnosed with anxiety disorder, depression What is  depression and was treated with Temesta. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: electrocardiogram qt prolonged, headache What is  headache, loss of consciousness, respiratory arrest, somnolence. Temesta dosage: (1 MG BID ORAL), (3.5 MG QD ORAL), (5 MG QD ORAL). During the same period patient was treated with METHADONE, METHOTRIMEPRAZINE, REMERON. Patient died on 03/03/2007.
