Male patient, 62 years of age, was diagnosed with anxiety disorder, parkinson's disease , urinary incontinence  and was treated with Temesta. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anxiety , chills, condition aggravated, hallucination, visual, nocturia. Temesta dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CHLORALDURAT, COMTAN, DETRUSITOL, MADOPAR DR, MADOPAR DR, MADOPAR LIQ, REQUIP. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, anxiety , bipolar i disorder, completed suicide, depressive symptom, injury asphyxiation, mutism, sleep disorder . Temesta dosage: 1 MG Q DAY PO. During the same period patient was treated with CIPRALEX. Patient died on 04/11/2004.
