Temazepam side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from UNITED KINGDOM on Feb 06, 2008. Female patient, 47 years of age, was diagnosed with agitation, insomnia and was treated with Temazepam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, ataxia , chest discomfort, chest pain , chills, diplopia, dyspnoea. Temazepam dosage: 10 MG; HS. During the same period patient was treated with LAMOTRIGINE, ZOPICLONE, RISPERIDONE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: agitation, chills, clonus, confusional state, electrocardiogram qt prolonged, flushing, grand mal convulsion, hyperhidrosis, hyperreflexia. Temazepam dosage: 280 MG;X1;ORAL. During the same period patient was treated with PAROXETINE HYDROCHLORIDE, DIPHENHYDRAMINE. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with FENTANYL, PIRITON, CYCLIZINE, ORAMORPH, PREDNISOLONE, DIAZEPAM. Patient died.

Male patient, 23 years of age, weighting 233.7 lb, was diagnosed with analgesia, crohn's disease , headache  and was treated with Temazepam. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: amnesia, anxiety , chills, dry mouth, dysarthria, dyspnoea, headache , hypersensitivity. Temazepam dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with CYCLIZINE, FENTANYL. Patient died.
