Telzir and cytolytic hepatitis Patient Reports February 12, 2012

Telzir Side Effects Report #4624183-3
Telzir side effect was reported by a Consumer or non-health professional from on Mar 25, 2005. Male patient, 48 years of age, weighting 152.1 lb, was diagnosed with hiv infection  and was treated with Telzir. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: cytolytic hepatitis, hepatic failure, hepatitis cholestatic, hypoxia, jaundice , multi-organ failure, pyrexia. Telzir dosage: 700MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with AUGMENTIN, NORVIR, VIREAD, EMTRIVA. Patient was hospitalized. Patient died on 12/23/2004.

Telzir dosage: 700MG TWICE PER DAY. During the same period patient was treated with COMBIVIR, NORVIR. Patient recovered.
