Male patient, 60 years of age, weighting 163.1 lb, was diagnosed with hypertension, muscle spasticity, diabetes mellitus, pneumonia  and was treated with Telmisartan. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: anuria, coma, condition aggravated, hypotension, renal failure acute, respiratory failure. Telmisartan dosage: unknown. During the same period patient was treated with GLYCERYL TRINITRATE, BACLOFEN, INSULIN, AMOXICILLIN. Patient was hospitalized. Patient recovered.

During the same period patient was treated with ANGIOTENSIN. Patient died.
