Female patient, 20 years of age, was diagnosed with sinusitis  and was treated with Telithromycin. After drug was administered, patient experienced the following side effects: mydriasis, photophobia, vision blurred, visual disturbance. Telithromycin dosage: 400 (2 TABLETS X 5 DAYS) MG QD PO. During the same period patient was treated with ORAL CONTRACEPTIVE NOS. Patient recovered.
